5. Siva sakti aikhyam produces ahakara and bhuvana mandalam

Verse 5

Cittamaya ahamkara:suvyakta aahaarna samarasa aakaara:

Sivasaktimithuna pinda: kabaleekruta bhuvana mandala jayathi.

“The cittham is the embodiment of I ness which is produced due to the union of the letters a and ha each making the other manifest and has equal degree of desire to be united. The union of the Siva and Sakthi contain within it the realm of the universe.”

Commentary:

The cittham mentioned in the previous verse as the substratum on which the siva sakthi union is reflected as mahabindu is explained here as I ness or ahamakara.  It is thus the union of the letters A and Ha thus including all the letters in between.  The degree of desire for the union is equal between them so it is not led by Siva or Sakti.  The outcome of this union is the bhuvana mandala or the realm of the universe that contains all the 36 principles.

Thus, the universe is the outcome of union of existence and awareness, sat and chith, Prakasha and vimarsa, inaction and action, the sound (sabdha) and its meaning (artha). 

சித்தமய அஹங்கார: சுவ்யக்த ஆஹார்ண சமரச ஆகார:

சிவசக்தி மிதுனபிண்ட: கபளீக்ருத புவன மண்டலோ ஜயதி

சித்தம் எனப்படும் அஹங்காரம், ஒன்றை மற்றொன்று வெளிப்படச் செய்யும், ஐக்கியமடைய சமமான இச்சையை உடையதான அ மற்றும் ஹ என்னும் எழுத்துக்களின் ஐக்கியத்தால் தோன்றுகிறது.  சிவசக்தி ஐக்கியம் தன்னுள் புவன மண்டலத்தைக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது. 

முந்தைய பாடலில் புண்யானந்தர் சித்தம் எனப்படும் சுவரில் சிவ சக்தி ஐக்கியம் மகாபிந்துவாக பிரதிபலிக்கிறது என்றார்.  இப்பாடலில் அந்த சித்தம் என்பது தன்னுணர்வு அல்லது அகம்காரம் என்கிறார்.  இந்த உணர்வு அ மற்றும் ஹ என்னும் எழுத்துக்களின் ஐக்கியத்தால் தோன்றுகிறது.  இந்த எழுத்துக்கள் ஒன்றை ஒன்று வெளிப்படச் செய்கின்றது.  ஐக்கியத்தில் இரண்டுக்கும் ஒரே அளவு இச்சை உள்ளது.  இவ்வாறு அகம்காரம் எல்லா எழுத்துக்களையும் அவை குறிக்கும் தத்துவங்களையும் உள்ளடக்கியதாக இருக்கிறது.  இந்த சிவ சக்தி ஐக்கியம் தன்னுள் புவன மண்டலத்தைத் தோற்றுவிக்கிறது.  புவன மண்டலம் என்பது 36  தத்துவங்களை உள்ளடக்கியது. 

இவ்வாறு சிவசக்தி ஐக்கியம் என்பது, சத் சித்தின் ஐக்கியம், பிராகாசம்-விமர்சம், அகாரம் ஹகாரம் ஆகியவற்றின் ஐக்கியம், சொல்லும் அதன் பொருள் அடையும் ஐக்கியம்.  செயலின்மையும் செயல்பாடும் அடையும் ஐக்கியம்.  இந்த ஐக்கியத்தை சிவனோ சக்தியோ நடத்துவதில்லை, இதில் இருவருக்கும் உள்ள இச்சை சமரசம் அல்லது ஒரே அளவாக உள்ளது.
