8. One who knows this will become Mahatripurasundari

Verse 8

Iti kaamakala vidyaa devicakra kramaatmikaa seyam

Viditaa ena sa mukto bhavati mahaatripurasundaree rupa:

“This is the vidya of Kamakala which deals with the sequence of Devi’s chakra. One who knows this becomes liberated, he attains the form of Mahatripurasundari”

Commentary:

It is interesting that Punyanandha says that the aspirant becomes Mahatripurasundai.  It is like the statement the one who knows brahman becomes brahman. 

இதி காமகலா வித்யா தேவி சக்ரம் க்ரமாத்மிகா சேயம்

விதிதா ஏன ச முக்தோ பவதி மகாத்ரிபுரசுந்தரி ரூப:

“இதுவே காமகலா வித்யா, தேவி சக்ர க்ரமத்தை விளக்குவது.  இதை அறிந்தவர் முக்தியடைகிறார், மகாத்ரிபுர சுந்தரியின்ரூபத்தை அடைகிறார்.”

இதை அறிபவர் தேவியின் உருவத்தைப் பெறுவார் என்று புண்யானந்தர் கூறுகிறார்.  பிரம்மத்தை அறிபவர் பிரம்மமாகவே ஆகிறார் என்பதைப் போல உள்ளது.
